First from Main to Cedar at Second:  CLOSED TO MOTORIST; OPEN TO PEDESTRIANS while crews continue replacing the sewer.  The intersection of Second and Cedar will be closed mid-week to connect the new sewer with the existing sewer.

Cedar, between Fifth and Second: OPEN TO MOTORIST & PEDESTRIANS with intermittent closures. Crews will finish up concrete sidewalks, pavers, signage, and street furniture.  The benches will be installed against the buildings, facing the street; current placement is only temporary.  Landscaping and trees will be postponed until the first week of October to allow for completion of the irrigation.  In the meantime, the concrete seat walls around the stormwater swales will be dressed up with an architectural finish.  Street lights at each intersection will be installed in early October.

Oak: OPEN TO MOTORIST & PEDESTRIANS.  This project is near completion.  Remaining work includes: street lights and pedestrian signals at the intersection of Fifth and Oak, hydroseeding, striping, and signs.

N. Ella, between Church and Oak : CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC.  Crews will begin constructing a new speed table on this block.
